OW Pint VESC Repair

@lia -- Good question.
-
@s-leon From what I read, it will work inside the XR rails, but not with the XR controller or battery. The voltage range is 60-80v, which I assume is nominal. If so, an XR with a 54v nominal, would be below spec. The XR adapter they speak of sounds like a mounting bracket and not a connector adapter. Can anyone maybe more knowledgeable about these things correct me?
If you could plug this thing into a GT with 63v nominal, on the other hand, that would be a game changer for many people!

@biell Motor should still work at the lower voltages. That might just be a recommended range for desired speeds.
I don't see a Kv rating anywhere which is how you'd determine the speed per voltage so we'll have to wait and see unless that info is hidden somewhere. -

-Uh-oh. That's officially not road legal up to any PEV for where I live. The last time I checked.

Wowowowow,great thread!Hello everyone!
Bought a disgraced pint for cheap as it was runned over by a car
The front box was completely smashed, plan to vesc it,but I need a box
The back box is OK but I was planning to make a bigger one like PintX to fit a bigger battery
You have both boxes HERE! Links don't work
Where can I get them?Thankies!! -
@lia that...
It looked like a great board until you pulled the controller and battery lid offwhat have they done to the poor boy?!
That battery looks jank as hell, and that controller...
oh my godThis looks worse than my first build
Good find, though!
I hope
What do you plan to do with it?Edit: Wait, this was two years old?!
-
@legolas You should be able to find links or at least a place to find people who would have them on the vescify discord server

@loaffette Just wanna wait for @Lia to provide the links to the boxes.So excited,they look very good in the photos.
-
@legolas Oof good luck with the rebuild! Any frame damage? I bought one that got hit by a van and was literally torn in 2. Would love to see the progress if you want to start a thread documenting your repair journey 🥰
I nuked my old MyMiniFactory but managed to grab some of it and put it on Printables.
Here's the battery box. https://www.printables.com/model/998377-onewheel-pint-x-lower-battery-housing
And the controller box. https://www.printables.com/model/998406-onewheel-pintx-lower-controller-housing@LOAFFETTE Yeah this Pint was a bit of a mess 😢 I need to put a battery in it and BMS then rewheel it for pairing purposes but it's mostly there. Kinda just been sitting on it for the past 2 years since I've now got 8 boards, 5 of which are ridable so having a 6th felt like an unnecessary expenditure on batteries 😅

Sorry I am an absolute disaster.I am not that organized and have no time to be able to post progress or creating a thread with pictures,sorry.Will take more time that fix it.
Thanks Lia for put it on printables and posting the info inside,please don't lose this resource for people like me. Is there any lid for it?I need a lid too.I was thinking if there is any simplified version of the box,so a simple flat lid could work.
Frame damage?Yes,one of the rails has damage.Was thinking getting second hand rails.
I need front footpad.I like flared footpad.Is there any print model of it?
Thx -
@legolas I sadly don't have a lid or pads. Just these as it was what I needed to fix mine.
