Board runs great, and I've already given it hell. The new campus I transfered too is very hilly and has some pretty steep inclines, so I've been pushing my board up the hills to try and stress it out.

I got the Ubox 100v installed, though I had to design my own mount for it and rip it out of the metal housing it came in. Found out the NRF data port and ADC 2 is dead, so that's fun. I have a new MK8 coming in with 120V FETS. Apparently running 150V FETs with a 75.6V battery makes the controller run HOT. Plus, switching to 120V means I can get insane amperage (About 198.6A for Soft max, over 230 abs. max!)

Motor feels great, and I did the hall sensor replacement on my own. Ended up doing all three, took pictures and then made a pev.dev post about how to do it. It's poorly written, but hopefully it's enough.

One of the riders at 1Wheelparts hooked me up with their quickies. I modified the pubpad to fit specifically the quickie, and I'm going to modify the foot hooks from VOW to fit the quickies specifically.

My new footpad runs a V4 Stoked Stock sensor with the first 5mm printed out of thick PETG, then rest out of TPU

Looking into adding PWM control for my COB LED lightbar, but that will come later if I learn PCB design.

I also think D21 next to c68 looks a little swollen. So probably gonna swap that too while I'm at it.

Rides like a dream too, totally predictable behavior. I'm using a Ubox 100v 100a with 22s but I only weigh 155 lbs and set full charge at 95%.IMG_9991.JPG

@kusosan I switched to the Mk8 because I'm running 27s now and 27s because Onewheel GTS chargers are perfect for this application.

Loafette, I owned a Pint for years and just bought the XR Classic. I spent about a day feeling buyer's remorse and missed my Pint. The tire is just so wide on the XRC. I've done some research and the Enduro tire might make the XRC more nimble, but in your case, I'd recommend getting the Pint-S. I would have gotten one except they don't go a solid 20mph and have a long charge time. If I ever can a afford a second board, I'd get a Pint S for playing on and use the XRC for longer rides.

@syanelli Charging does not do anything to the controller as the charge negative goes to the bms.

@lemur very wise words re backup and is of course exactly what I didn’t do. Lesson learned!

It seems I have a very narrow sweet spot within which to engage the motor, which is easy to overshoot. Will get a sure start. Thanks for you help.

@charve You can use the Pint battery to test your Xr. I'm not familiar with th e torquebox setup, but you can put up to 27s1p 21700 cells in a stock (with slight mods) , I'm running 24s1p because I have an 100v charger from a dead EUC.IMG_9550[1].JPG

@blankman Dowgrading with stlink requires that you have extracted your bootloader and settings for the correct serial number, mileage.
If you use someone else's bootloader and settings then you need a special program to change the serial number, mileage.
After stlink, then you can Rewheel with encrpted file 5040, if you don't have the 5040 file then no point going any further.
What was your goal try to get into factory mode?

@lia I was in contact with them by @ but since a few days it seems as if the contact has broken off, I will remind myself today ;) on their discord I also posted this topic, for now not too many hints https://discord.com/channels/731226901867266149/1064595548641964072. I handled it as gently as possible. The LEDs came to me not in a nice box like on the website, but rolled together in a protective film, the package was also missing a bag with thermo paste and a cloth. I don't know was it shipped like this, or was it repacked somewhere along the way. I do not have much possibility to resolder it.

@onedangts the offsets were locations within the official FM firmware. Problem is the firmware is encrypted, lol. Luckily, I found the right person who had the keys I needed and got it all to work! My factory GT bms is now reporting cell data to vesc. It's a beautiful day. Thank you for your efforts though!

@lia I need to take a look at the GT custom shapings to be fair as the single zone allows you to still heal lift I did not know until I watched the shaping vid
