2023 Plans?

What do you mean it's February already?
Seriously I blink and an entire month just... zoom, gone!

Figured it'd be fun to continue last years topic this year.

Anyone got any OW plans this year.
Getting a new board, Adventures, Group rides or other Onewheel related ambitions to share?

Personally I only got to do 1 of the few planned mega rides I wanted to do last year. Maybe I'll get to do them this year between my many trips to the docs I've got this year :)
Other than that my own VESC build would be fun with a modified version of the ELM box if I opt to go with that. Although I still really like the look of a GT with how cool the 3rd party gear is for it.

@lia I really want to learn a lot of tricks on the onewheel, enough to at least show off but also to be proficient.

I want to also go on more group rides and finish my RGB LED Onewheel project (the indicator lights one).

Most of my goals for this year through aren't OW related. Going to try to make a higher GPA in college this semester and make some amount of money.

Best of both worlds . . . I saw someone did a VESC on a GT, shouldn't take long for that seed to grow.

@lia just keep clocking up the k's. Top 50 for mileage would be a bonus, no idea how many km that hurdle is.

I got a small 4k camera for Chrissy, need to print off an adaptor to fit it to a new helmet I haven't bought yet. Lotta projects.

@onedangt Aha fair point. Maybe just bail on the XR form factor for a VESC and adopt the GT style.

@stinkyface Where abouts have you gotten so far? I think not too long ago we were both neck and neck so you must have zoomed past by now!

Hope you can catch some amazing shots and memories with the camera too, can make riding a lot more fun knowing you can watch back something later.

91 although did briefly sit at 89 while someone must have disconnected their board. 13,100km.

@onedangt I'm really wanting to VESC my XR just so I can add an external battery that would let my onewheel just fly >:D

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to keeping up with new tech so I'm just looking forward to re-tuning my skills.

Ideally though, I'd like to piggyback a GT booty onto my XR Varials. Why buy a whole new board when I can just have the cake?

Forgot I have some trail sections to finish building from last year and new trails to start. Should have up to .5mi/.8km done by Summer. Doesn't sound like much but the terrain is pretty haggard lol.
