(Can't figure out the embed code to auto generate so sadly you have just the link)I... love how you can see bits of the innards through the trusses. Honestly if I do ever VESC... I want these rails hands down.
Looks to be for a GT frame only as far as I can find.

@lia I guess having all that open space makes them lighter, but I kinda don't like that too much (note you can buy them solid also). I worry that something will get in there and mess something up. I do like that the fender delete fits unmodified, that is a real plus for these rails.
Personally, I am waiting until FM comes out with custom shaping and we find out what options are available before buying replacement rails. I am kind of expecting TFL to release GT WTF rails and GT WTF Bangs right after custom shaping comes out. But, only time will tell if I am right.

@lia
Those aren't railsThose things are art pieces

I really like diversity and people's different taste for sure.
But in my opinion, I couldn't like it less:- I don't like the look (in my opinion is aweful, as I always hated the tech rails -and its Eiffel tower ugly look and highly overpriced-, and this is not more than the usual tech rails with perforated holes).
- I thing is not practical for getting any dirt. Which looses the purposes for a supposed All Terrain Vehicle
- I guess in rain conditions couldn't be a worse choice. Same with trails.
On the positive side, this could be lighter. Although I don't think will be too much lighter, and the final impact of a heavy board.
Even thought, I am glad these things exists as people likes it, and I like seen people happy. If people is happy it makes me happy although not being my cup of tea :) -
From the creators of, "it was already fucking expensive" to... "we can do it even better"
2.5K rails -
@ed_co I prefer the old design lol.

Knowing, accepting .. and actually acknowledging that principle helps a lot on understanding Tech-Rails and all the dizziness around it. Personally I don't bother get bitter.
[ And in this particular case, not liking these 'trussed rails' out of either material/design. Mainly due to the same maintenance and practicality-wise aspects out of @biell and @ed_co posts. ]
That aside ... I got couple of (simple?) things from their bucket and acknowledged long ago that the most of their ultra high-end products are out of my league. I just amaze on vast variety of options in OW world.P.S. : If you saw two doggos having great times - you've watched the whole video.

Hard pill to swallow but with hobbies like these it's a must. I knew looking at the aluminium ones I wanted but totally couldn't buy them.
Thanks for sharing that video by the way.
When he says "We made these for a couple reasons, number one because we can" ... "Number two I wanted to accentuate the effect of tuning the rail to the behaviour that I want" it kinda sums up the rails nicely. It's not really a product, it's a passion project that he's willing to sell if you've got the cash to burn and in turn fund more like this. I can resonate with that. -
@lia
I like seeing these projects where it's just someone's heart and soul poured into something to make it essentially it's own entity.These kinds or projects remind me of this riddle/paradox thing: If you take Abraham lincons axe, and you replace both the axehead and the handle, is it still his axe?
just a dumb thought :)
