On the old forum I shared some bitter disappointment when my day streak was broken (thanks to FM's servers) back in Sept. @Lia predicted that I'd catch up quickly as winter would cause many to quit riding. I've held dearly to that hope ... and Christmas day brought a great surprise: 99! Back to double digits! Whee!

Of course, that is the day I realized that FM's own community site wasn't working ... so I couldn't post my joy. But here we are on @Lia's latest champion effort ... and I'm ~~thrilled~~ stoked. :)

Back to a double digit Daystreak here myself, on my other Plus -- #80 -- in one day. And cracked under rank one thousand there, too, in mileage -- #990 -- with 736 miles.

From today's ride:

"WWWHAT???" I heard her say, as she stopped walking to look in surprise, her jaw dropping, her eyes widening to large, as I Onewheeled past this young woman and her friend on the Greenway this beautiful early spring day. Clearly she had never seen a Onewheel before -- and the sight took her completely by surprise.

@onedangt walked out of the bakery yesterday after picking up a pie n coke. An old guy and his son (who was probably 50 or at least in his 40's) went completely silent as I mounted the board and silently rolled away with both hands full of food. Haha, so glad I kept it together, heard the. ...."wow" as I rounded the corner.
