@lia so it wasn't c68. Ended up VESCing the board. But kept controller and bms. Took some time today to check out the controller board and I'm wondering if this isn't my culprit for 21 error.
Happen to know what this component is?

@tribacon D4 is a diode to stop voltage being present at the charger when the board is powered on. Without this it won't charge.

@lia thanks! Gives me something to shoot for swapping and seeing if I can throw together another board!
I also think D21 next to c68 looks a little swollen. So probably gonna swap that too while I'm at it.
