Misfits- if you can listen to any of these ur cool in my book. Saturday Night, Descending Angel is sorta mainstream but it's good. Last Caress is, umm, confusing to some not at least partially drawn to the edge but brilliant nonetheless. I like the 50's horror vibe lol. Theme for a Jackal too is great. worth perusing imo.

DMX. The intro song to the album "It's dark and hell is hot" still gives me goosebumps if u got the bass and high hats to appreciate it. That just might be because it was Tyson's entrance song- Boom Boom!

Tool is another gem. The album Aenema is- indefinable! It's a bit out there like the Misfits in terms of one's aesthetic tastes, but H., Pushit, Eulogy, stinkfist, Third Eye, Sober (thats on the album undertow)... parabol n parabola, Schism are great too. those are on the album lateralus. It's angry unbridled poetry. danny carey is one of the best drummers in the entire world!
