Finally fixed google search results!

Bothered me for ages that googling "Onewheel Forum" had my XS thread come up for some reason.
Reason being if someone's looking for a forum to find help or something that thread really isn't going to help. That and being the admin with my thread appearing at the top looks like some deliberate vain attempt to farm attention or something. Not really my vibe tbh.
After asking my sis who has some background in SEO then a lot of faffing with headers, tags and renaming the thread to try boot it when google crawls the site it now actually shows the homepage instead!
FINALLY!
Only took 7 months to figure out...Used to show this btw in case you're thinking I'm going crazy (I am but that's beside the point)
On the flip side as I assume some of the more recent members figured out the forum now actually shows in the top results (even above FB lmao) so a "secret" this place will likely not remain.

My top three matches in the US are still reddit, facebook and fallman... Then e-skate forums, unicycle and even trotter lol. I was privately invited here from reddit and otherwise wouldn't know.
Funny you mentioned SEO, I was just talking to a friend about this. She randomly got into it and gave me a rundown about how to get things to the front page. She hated it and quit lol.

@blkdout From what I’ve been told not a fun job. Can’t say I’d last long lol.
With that fixed I can put aside the other plans to try fix that. Happy wherever google puts the site on rankings as long as they keep the homepage as the main link lol.
