I don't think 9 lives is enough.

To end my 2 weeks off work here's what I've been trying to work on during the holiday.
Lots of guidance from @ed_co to keep it flowing well, thank you <3
Probably would have not been as fun if not for the suggestions to cut, alter or move clips :)Going to need to learn how to edit more efficiently. This brought my PC to it's knees. Bluescreens, intermittent hardlocks, hour long renders... Ouch. That's what all those effects and layers will do I guess. Especially 4k60fps... poor compuper 😿 Might also need a drone that can shoot 4k60 and not the shockingly flat 4k30 that causes some wild issues when editing. One step at a time, got more important things at hand.
Anyway something something keep the forum warm for me while I find my way back out Tartarus k thnx byeeeee <3
(the signal down here is awful!!!) -
@lia lol i like how u snuck it in at the end. very surprising.
-
Very well executed Lia. Very well done :)
-
@lia EUC will help with that! And get new set of lives!
-
@notsure Too good not to use. Didn't plan having a second incident in the video but sometimes it's best to let the footage decide what happens :)
@ed_co Thank you~ :)
@Samuraipunch I'ma need to ascend to a higher plane to take on the beating I'd get from an EUC.

If I were wealthy, i would have also ordered an Onewheel Xr. Each PEV type has a right to exist & brings an individual riding experience. I admire the skills of the Onewheeler community. You can also use it for technical off-road riding. And you can also have spills on an EUC, regardless the experience & riding skill.
@Lia Keep floating Kitty. ;) And don't worry, you got seven lives reamining! :)

@lia -- Your video is stunning. The wicked tire spikes stopped my heart to see you approaching them at speed, and crazily braking, knowing what's coming.
-
@electric-nici If only. The things I'd do with extra cash lol. Maybe some day you'll get one, that said you've got the Begode on order so presumably we'll see you ripping around on that soon?
I'm nothing compared to others, my riding ability is pretty basic all things considered.@S-Leon Thank you <3 Glad the spikes showed well in the shot. Possibly my most scuffed prop to date. Felt criminal making it let alone carrying it around and placing it on a public path. Made sure nobody was around before setting up the shot then stuffing it back in my backpack hoping not to fall and land on it.
Also... lil behind the scenes... It's not pretty but it worked. £8 green screen on Amazon. Lighting however not optimal at all.

@lia -- So that's what a spoiler is for. Putting the wicked tire spikes behind the curtain is better for my comfort level. Maybe later today I will try using a spoiler to show the fur remains of the great-horned-owl-eaten skunk. And maybe I could have edited as a moderator using a spoiler instead of deleting -- ha!
-
@s-leon Aha I realised after the fact my pic would be better hidden behind a spoiler :) The owl-skunk images would probably be a perfect use case for it too. Little warning above the spoiler and hide the pics inside sounds good.
Useful feature although it can be a bit janky at times. If it doesn't work make sure there are empty lines above and below the spoiler and it usually works :)
