Rail Color?

Odd question, anyone know what color the Plus/XR rail are.

I have a suspicion it's anodised electric blue but I can't tell for certain since anodising can vary a little depending on how the application went and surface prep seems to matter a lot.

On a similar note V1 rails are distinctly different in color and surface finish from what I can see. Are they also anodised or are those just painted on?

(Yes I spelt it color. Visual Studio doesn't like me using the 'U' so I give in!)
