I wanted to build another suspension board but witha larger tire as the last two models used a Burris Pint tire on a Pint wheel
Unfortunately space for a larger tire is at a premium as the swingarm takes up a lot of space if I wanted to keep the XR form.
The best I could do was a Burris 11 x 5.5 x 6 tire on a Pint wheel, even at that I had to use a set of extented rails which are 5/8 inch longer.
With the experience gained building, improving, vesc'd and riding, I can confidently build a much improved model.
The added aluminum plates under the footpads really stiffens the Xr style chassis, the wiring is hidden and goes around the right side delrin swingarm bushing and the rail will be milled out to allow the wire harness to pass through, it's a proven concept.IMG_8345.JPG
