@s-leon Thank you <3
I was really tired too. We got up early to complete the bronze early bird achievement together then did that. -
Just floating around the city I found a fantastic view.
Thanks to the lady who took the photo of me. -
Another great view. Dreadful ride though, they are not fans of gravel in this part of the UK.
-
I'm going to be getting quite a lot of these photos in the coming week and possibly next week too.
-
Riding country lanes down to the coast.
-
This bridge kinda gives me the fear but the spot is pretty.
-
The last day of my mini holiday, back home tomorrow.
Board walks are an interesting surface to ride on. -
Last week I went south, this week I have gone north. I rode over 15 miles this evening, a distance PB for me.
And what an evening it was. -
Tonight I rode round a really cool piece of landscape sculpture. She's called Northumberlandia, or Lady of the North, and yes the immature among us (you know who you are) will notice she is quite, ahem, well endowed.
Reckon I can drop this? ;)
-
Tonight I went for another ride along the river Tyne, but travelling the opposite direction.
Trouble train running late
-
Thought it was over? Nah. I had to time to get a photo with an iconic statue of north east England...
...before stopping for another group ride on the way home. :D
The eagle eyed among you will spot the odd one out. ;)
-
there's a floatwheel -
Can't believe nobody's asking about the spoiler above ^
Photo from a short country park ride. This bridge thing was fun.
-
6 mile ride around yet another a country park. It's been wet today for the first time in a week (yes we get good weather in the UK, sometimes) and the board was filthy by the end of it.
-
Nice carvy new tarmac. So smoooooth
dusts off shoulders -
That janky ass bridge looks fun. How long was it?
-
@blkdout only about 20 yards unfortunately:(
-
Wind turbines busy making juice for tomorrow's ride.
-
Group ride with the OnewheelInTheMiddle crew yesterday ft @TheAdman around Chatsworth House.
One thing I've been super enjoying about these is there are almost an equal number of us women on these which has been a really nice change of pace ^-^ -
@lia that looks like a great group! i wish my local group worked out for me. i get invites to all their things, but normally the schedule just doesn't work out for me. They do midweek stuff at night, which i'm usually too tired to do or i have other things already going on, and they have a standing friday night thing, but that's my league bowling night. They also do things on sundays, but (again!) that's my team practice day for league bowling. Also, it seems that they are all on GTs and love to do trail rides a lot, so all that combined with the distances they usually go makes my poor little OG Pint feel not up to the challenge.
i think i need to find a group for old people, lol.
