@jack-yang I have a couple of Maxkgo bms's in my builds, the Zbms was always out of stock. the Maxkgo work fine and balances the cells nicely, the only downside is the balance wires and the jst ph connector as they are made of low temperature materials, very easy to melt with a soldering iron, doesn't take much to crush the balance wires. I recommend they be replaced with quality wires .
I had a couple of evaluation "Pickles" 15s and 18s drop in bms, but they never charged the cells above 90% and two 18s-20s bms, but those two instantly "smoked" upon power connection. I'm pretty sure I fallowed the hookup sequence.

@notsure I would like to, but 100 v vescs are limited right now, I think the Tronics x12 is about the only choice @ $450 us, too pricey at the moment.

@lia You don't even have to file a flat on the threaded part, screws in, won't tighten, but the nut secures it.

It requires some weird HTML stuff but we're gonna give it a go

We also found out that Notion may give you unlimited pages if you only use one account to edit it (I think)

@fluxxpro Late reply, but there is really no benefit with a SF in a stock XR other than a small increase in torque, but a big gain in weight.
Perhaps if you have an unrepairable stock XR motor and need a replacement motor?

Lately on the Greenway the still water ponds, lakes, and swamps have been thinly glazed over with ice. So, here's a solution of mine for cold batteries. Riding my ebike to the trail, then it sits in the cold for an hour or more. Similarly, riding to the trail the EGO batteries I use for my Onewheel had been subjected to the cold of the trip.

Solution? I mounted a beer cooler to the rear rack on the ebike, behind the Onewheel. In the cooler in a towel I put a couple of warm red clay bricks straight off my fiery, active wood stove. Then for the trip out, in the cooler I put my EGO batteries. When I park and lock the ebike on the trail, I trade, and put the ebike batteries in the cooler. The heated bricks keep everything warm -- for the trip, and for hours.
