Doing some cleaning today while swapping my tire, pics of that to come tomorrow.
While doing so I took my front footpad off and... oh wow how does this still function!
FM don't make footpads like they used to, this thing is unkillable! No ghosting, no deadzones. Always detects me no matter what.
I do have a new set of pads I bought like 2 years ago but said I'd only replace it when the footpad broke...
They look much better now they're cleaned albeit the bare sensor on the left side is still visible from where my heel has torn it to shreds due to toe lifts.
Anyone else got any bits from their board that look like they probably needed replacing weeks ago or is it just me that runs gear into the ground then a bit further for good measure?

My V1 foot pads are in desperate need of a grip tape change. They still function like they should so I’ll hold off for a little while longer. -
