Watching Action on the Leaderboards

@hanahsdax -- I am curious how many days out are you on your GT Daystreak? I am guessing that you are not far from a place there, too!
-
@s-leon Thanks for the positive reinforcement.
I let the 4212 day streak of 291 days go the day the GT arrived. It was a tough decision but one I don’t regret. I still ride either the 4212, 4206 or V1 when the GT is charging or the conditions aren’t ideal. I’m still not convinced the GT will be my trail board or my trick board. I plan on running the V1 until it dies.
I believe I’m at 22 days on the GT.

fuser hits the 3 year mark of consecutive days on a XR. -
@hanahsdax The mileage too is pretty significant. On average that's nearly a full charge's worth of distance a day which only adds to how impressive the achievement is.
-
On the GT mileage Leaderboard our own @HanahsDax is holding down a solid #5 after volleying a bit earlier in the week. HanahsDax is averaging about 25 miles per day -- impressive commitment! RLNTLSS (R2R) has dropped to #8 and seems likely to drop further. The only GT rider currently on both GT Leaderboards is yourfriendchris (R2R) -- #10 in mileage, and #3 in Daystreak! Achieving the different Leaderboards requires different mindsets -- and it is fun to see someone tackling both. Of course, the Daystreak roster has not really thinned yet, with only a single day separating the members of the pack -- not allowing entry to any rider who received their board late other than on the first day or two of deliveries. Interestingly too, different clusters of names seem to hold different time zones of the day -- morning to evening across the North American continent.
-
I was able to grab this screenshot of a 3-way tie on the GT mileage leaderboard yesterday. Doubt it will happen again. -
@hanahsdax -- Nice even mileage today -- 1000 GT miles logged!!!
-
@s-leon @HanahsDax That was quick! Well done getting that distance covered so fast.
Another thing of note is the XR daystreak now has a 2 year barrier to entry. Hard to think it's been over a year since I mentioned the entry point had reached 1 year.
-
@hanahsdax -- Oh! How volatile a seemingly static Leaderboard really is! After your holding GT#5 for quite a few days, this morning I thought you'd been passed. But the next I look, with many fresh miles logged, you regained GT#5! And except for the details of the middle column, the Leaderboard looks the same. Great job!
-
@hanahsdax -- Watching the GT Daystreak over the past few days I count eight riders, some in and out, all within one day of each other. @Hanahsdax, only one day out, you could possibly be as high on the GT Daystreak as #9 -- or, if any of those above you in GT mileage have your same number of days, you might be a few more places out. A bunch of tenacious riders you are!
-
@hanahsdax -- Binary-looking GT mileage in your slot: One day 1101 and now 1111. Fun to see.
-
@s-leon Thanks for noticing. It was my goal yesterday to reach 1111. It was a little something I was hoping @HorsePlay would see and a way of saying we miss you and Sunflower’s contributions to the forum. Hope her and Mr. Horseplay are doing well. Letting the sun warm it up to at least freezing temps before I head out which shouldn’t be much longer so the number will be changing here soon.

i too was wondering this earlier! hope all is well.
-
@notsure Agreed, hopefully everything is okay. I would have poked via email just in case but none was entered to setup an account.
Hoping we hear from her again soon with stories about the adventures she got up to while away. As @HanahsDax mentioned she did bring warmth and kindness to the forum which has been missed.
-
@hanahsdax -- Watching you play tag on the GT mileage Leaderboard is inspiring! Right at this moment you are at an even 1200 miles while MatsonDFW is tauntingly ahead at 1202 miles.
Makes for reason to ride -- race ahead, don't fall behind, keep up, ride like the wind, squeeze an extra mile or two in, check your status, plan your route, skip supper, ride into the night, get up early, how far can you go over lunch break?
Makes me feel alive and connected when I am doing it, and watching you I can feel it, too!
-
@s-leon seems like ur not reporting very objectively.
-
@notsure -- In GT rank at ### our very own NotSure!
-
@s-leon Awesome to hear I’m inspiring you. Lately I haven’t been concerned at where my ranking is but just trying to achieve daily goals. Some of the trails are starting to dry out so I’ve been taking those. A lot tougher to accumulate miles riding single track than pavement and asphalt.

On Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 5:15pm Ohio time (Eastern Standard Time, Daylight Savings Time) I took a screenshot of a three day spread on the GT Daystreak Leaderboard. Ceez (TheFloatPack) at #5 was two days behind Monoshredder (R2R) and SloeFloats, and one day behind yourfriendchris(R2R) and wesley_onewheel. Later that day Ceez (TheFloatPack) moved up to #4 above wesley_onewheel, then one day behind Monoshredder (R2R) and SloeFloats.
So, it is looking to me like Kmu has dropped off, as it seems has McFloaty and FacelessPhoenix. And it looks like Ceez (TheFloatPack) has the most mileage of any rider two days behind the two leaders. Whether there are more riders two days out seems likely, but is unseeable.
I do have a screenshot of a single rider on the GT Daystreak -- JoMatty -- from March 8, 2022 at 2:47 pm (EST, DST). Somehow I find it difficult to count, but I think SloeFloats and Monoshredder (R2R) trace their streaks to the same day.
Hanahsdax likely has the most mileage of the riders who began riding on March 11th -- and is fairly close to showing up on the GT Daystreak Leaderboard. I am guessing Hanahsdax cannot see his own actual GT Daystreak status due to his long-standing V1 Daystreak taking precedence.
