@swinefeaster I had a set of Kiilguards 6.5 and I really didn't like them because of the spring shocks which were hard to tailor to my light weight and I had to get a custom light springs.
In most applications, spring suspension is not progressive, but I see Kiilguard offers a new setup with shorter air shocks.
In my opinion, the setup really didn't look very good, and the sliders were exposed to the elements.
For a Onewheel application , one shock is more than enough, although the Kiilguard design, there was no choice but to use dual shocks.
I sold the Kiiguards and designed my own.

@notsure The Sonny wheels suspension looks like a good concept with a single shock. I do see room for improvement though.
The swing arm pivots are threaded bolts instead of smooth pivot points, I'm not sure if the bolt on swing arm pivots are printed or machined and the welding looks rough.
Just my personal opinion, but I'm a bit anal about quality work.
It reminds me of the ww2 British Sten smg in ease of manufacturing, simple, and fully functional.

@notsure Sonny has put a lot of work with his sliders and oneshock, costs may has to do with the final product.
The quality air shock alone must be $100-150 alone, but what really sells in the OW accessories market is a lot of function but with "bling" . Cnc with anodizing together with hype.
Old saying in marketing "sex sells".
Honestly, for me to give a fair assessment of Sonny's oneshock, I would have to physically have his product in hand. The previous comments were just my opinions.

no offense to sonny if he sees this lol... but sex appeal may not exactly be his strongest suit. those new loafers he got are pretty dope tho lol.

im not into playing telephone between two shop nerds. im sure it wont bump against ur nca's...

come on. it looks so soft n squishy. like riding on groomed snow...

hmmm fair enough. do you use your suspension for smoothing out the bumps or for drops? i do a lot of drops, so i need the extra travel. i know what you mean about the sliders, i'm on my third set of bearings already.

@swinefeasterWow! Third set of bearings. I ride pavement and trails mostly and I haven't done big drops, just curbs . I will going for bigger drops and get some feedback.
