@charve You can use the Pint battery to test your Xr. I'm not familiar with th e torquebox setup, but you can put up to 27s1p 21700 cells in a stock (with slight mods) , I'm running 24s1p because I have an 100v charger from a dead EUC.IMG_9550[1].JPG

@s-leon Aha I realised after the fact my pic would be better hidden behind a spoiler :) The owl-skunk images would probably be a perfect use case for it too. Little warning above the spoiler and hide the pics inside sounds good.

Useful feature although it can be a bit janky at times. If it doesn't work make sure there are empty lines above and below the spoiler and it usually works :)

@lemur Oh it's different on that one. I thought you meant it was just balancing slow.
That is very weird. I wonder if there is a corroded link on that BMS or a failing resistor that's creating a larger voltage drop by the time it gets to the bit that reads the voltages.

When I made my battery pack from spring loaded contacts the first time (and then gave up and welded them) the voltage drop was insane. Might be something similar be it contact resistance on the port or some biffed trace/ component.

Welp, my conclusion. It’s a whole different riding experience. It’s what I expected the XR to be in the first place, having come from the OG Pint. It now has a solid, responsive, confident power that it lacked before, with the option to dial it back from there if desired.

Having seen the GT reviews now, riding a Badgered VnR’d XR seems exactly right for me. Big deck, good speed, long range, generous power, mellow pushback.

@swinefeaster Usually the percentage should straighten out after a couple of recharges.
