Badgersense issues

Wow, the onewheel is deciding to be the center of attention todayThe badgersene LED strip is acting up. Every 40 minutes or so, the LEDs freeze or display both red and blue/green even when still. I have checked the wire's near the controller and those are fine, and the only culprit is either the LED strip itself (HIGHLY UNLIKELY) or the wire itself. Every time I turn the wire, it seems to just do weird stuff. Colors change, some LEDs turn off, it's wacky stuff
I can try and see if I can replace the cable myself but honestly it's up to @S-Leon since it's still his, and not mine
For S-Leons eyes:
IF you want me to ship it back, I can on monday. I'll print out a bunch of LED strip clips for you and throw them in the box as wellIf you want me to try and fix it, I can give it a go but I wouldn't guarantee anything. My soldering skills when it comes to wires isn't great, though I think I have someone that can help.

@loaffette -- I will send you the LED strip I have, and the BadgerSight, too. Do not attempt to repair the cable on the LED strip you have; send it back to me when you get the LED strip I'm sending you -- and thank you for the clips! The BadgerSight can work with the BadgerSense without the LED strip attached -- just tape over the cable plug so no moisture can get in. And if you don't have the bluetooth pairing instructions I can send those. It will be Monday before I can send the LED strip and BadgerSight via USPS. Same address?
Edit: If you find you prefer the BadgerSight to the LED strip display, then send both LED strips back. Or, if you don't like using the BadgerSight, then send it back and use the LED strip instead.
Be safe!

@s-leon sounds good!

@loaffette -- Also, I am not in a hurry -- use them enough to get a good sense of what you prefer. You can probably use the same box I mail to send back what you do.

@s-leon I will!
I feel bad for the LED strip getting messed up.
