SuperFlux motor and Thunder rails build

Got it wired up and test ridden in the house, snowed in for a while.
Raiden 7 and 15s for now because I bricked the Ubox100 doing a motor detection and Stlink didn't bring it back.
Motor crunch was a pain to to correct on the SF motor, no problems with the Hypercore.
On Atr24 for now because I'm still trying to get a handle on the imu cailibration on the Vesc tool 6.
