@Puzz360 I always mess up the left arm too. Just the nature of it being the leading arm lol. Just a ickle wickle graze though this time so no complaints here. Makes me feel like a real skater with all the scrapes 💅 Gotta work on my ragdolling though so I take more superficial damage and less... flesh woundy types.

@Lemur Yeah I'm pretty lucky it wasn't something like a break. That'd really mess up my ride vibes moving forward. Would tie me down to living vicariously through you all instead.

@wheelwizard I haven't tried getting a GT tire off yet but I'm remembering my XR's Vega being a nightmare so the 6.5" GT won't be any more fun.

I still have the stock treaded that's about 800km from becoming a slick 😅 I might actually put another on or a performance treaded. As long as it's tough I'm happy.

Lemme know how that goes. I have a custom build with that monster 12x8 burris tire in the works.

Wellll, no dice... New thermistors in, board on the balcony for a few hours at +6 C and almost immediately triggered the same fault. Battery temp at that moment +11 C.

If anyone has some more pointers or measurements to take to narrow it down, please let me know. I'll be disassembling it again today or tomorrow :(

Makes me confident I can do the same to my old XR that is bound to be in no better condition 😅

@danielswam There's no simple way to adapt it to a stock XR as the 5" SF motor uses a motor connector that is only compatible with the Fungineer controller kits.
You will have to splice the XR Molex connector on or rewire the 5" motor with a XR cable/connector, besides the XR is best left stock as there is no advantage for a 6'' or 5" SF motor in a stock XR.
The SF motors are best suited for a high voltage/ high dollar vesc build.

While this is supposed to be 'First Impressions' video, it is as fun as the game "Find 10 similarities". (User manual is the best part!)

I livr in US, but came from France 😏. I put 1400 miles (2300 km) on my Pint X in 11 month. Love it, I reach 20 mikes range when managing the load, it’s a nice board. You need to practice, practice and practice and you will enjoy it.

@hydropage Sorry to hear you nosedived. Do you recall the events and conditions prior to it happening?
Like the type of terrain, estimated speeds if you can and if there were any obstacles like rocks, roots or some other object that could have contributed.

It may be worth recording a few rides using the app and seeing what sort of utilisation the board is under especially in the area it happened to try figure out a possible cause for the nosedive to occur without any noticeable warning.

@justinxr Could be the corner bolts that hold the end of the rail down to the bumper. I usually forget or just don't bother adding those ones since they can sometimes get stuck.
If you remove the footpads you can check those either end without having to take it all apart again.

If not those there's 2 that directly hold the controller box to the rail rather that passing through the bumper you can check.
