Why doesn't my Onewheel ap work on my phone? All I get is a video of haptic buzz and I can't make it go away.

How do I get rid of the haptic buzz msg? I've tried deleting the Onewheel app and reinstalling. That didn't work. Thanks in advance.

@sirgu Haptic buzz is the ONLY msg, fills up the entire screen on my phone and won't go away so I can't check anything else.... battery charge, miles, etc. Thanks.

@theadman Nope, it's just a 20 second video, then replay which I did 10 times with no luck. WTF is going on here? I'm bummed, but thanks for trying.
