My headlights on my XR have been flickering randomly for some time now and within my riding group I have 3 other boards that do the same thing. It's only the front white lights that do it and the common led harness replacement didn't fix any of them. I took apart the board and started looking into the components powering the leds and found when the leds turn off in the flicker there is a 3-6V spike from 12V to anywhere from 15 to 18V. Has anyone looked further into this or might know what component on the board my be the cause?
