OneWheel GT Charge Port wired correctly?

Howdy!
I got this OneWheel GT from a thrift store but the charge port is rekt. I want to charge it to see if it works but noticed that there is no way to plug it into the charger correctly! From my understanding on the charger plug on the right side of the first picture that I took (and reference image on second picture I found online to see the pinout) , pin 1 is positive, pin 2 is null, and pin 3 is negative, but there is no way to connect the plug to the port properly where positive to positive, negative to negative, and null to null so I'm assuming someone might have rewired the port wrong? Is that's what is going on?
Any tips will help at this point, I don't know wtf is going on.
