Atm the newest fw works awesome but now it's more about hardware configuration, limitations and fitment.
so here's a noob question: are all the parts there? software wise i mean?
like did permuting drive configurations using the existing vesc 5.x software (or whatever it is) actually solve all the emulation problems?
no extra onewheel-specific plugins or addons required?
just a regular ole' vesc?

@notsure btw i just realized i was a bonehead. this forum does some weird shit with interleaving threads so sorry i went off on you about tangentizing the erro 16 thread with vesc, cause you werent :)

@notsure Regular vesc, load newest 5.3 firmware, upload an XML, run motor wizard, adjust couple parameters, go.
I still don't have lights, don't know if the rEscue will fit.

@notsure lol that's what i thought too. But i miss the lights for quick rides where i just need to be seen by other traffic.
