I recently bought an XR and included are a few sets up bumpers. Apparently it's been water proofed and I wondered if there's anything special I need to do when changing the bumpers so the waterproofing isn't ruined.
Also, one of the the holes for the fender bolts has been shredded. Is there a replacement I can get so it isn't held on by just three bolts?
Thanks all

Hi & welcome! If you are not after the flawless looks - some good tight cable tie will handle, since it's your first and ONLY stripped thread out of whole setup and since it's just sustaining fender in place. Especially if you've got some stripe-pattern railguards .. look for colored cable tie that matches the appearance. With the max. width the hole allows.
You can postpone this work for now.

Is it the actually thread that's bust or the bolt is chewed up?

Swapping out the bumpers shouldn't undo the waterproofing. That's all done on the housing behind the bumpers.
